HOW IT WORKS
3 SIMPLE STEPS
1/ MEET OTHER DOERS
Every month we gather 40+ people who want to tackle problems worth solving by building authentic products with like-minded people.
2/ DISCUSS THE TOPICS THAT MATTER
We'll start the event with a quick guide on how to make the most of the 15min. calls you'll have with other participants. Spoiler: we'll talk about passion, ambition and values rather than scaling or go-to-market strategies.
Those come after...
3/ DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IN TOUCH
You'll get access to a platform containing all the information you'll need about other participants, so you can continue building the relationships at your own pace!
3 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
1/ THE WILL TO BUILD
It doesn't matter if you're just thinking about starting a company or have been working on it for months. What matters is your determination to change the status quo!
2/ AN OPEN MIND
Don't come to this event thinking you're going to "hire" your CTO or CMO. Finding a cofounder starts with building relationships with people who have similar interests and aspirations, and that can require you to pay-it-forward in unexpected ways!
3/ A GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION
This event will be interactive and fast-paced, so it's important that you have a steady internet connection to make the most out of it!
WHAT FOUNDERS SAY
Mathieu,
Cofounder of Tremen
I was at 2 BMC events and they were really useful for me, both in terms of meeting people and discovering totally new ideas and subjects, and also because I’m now working on a startup with someone I met at the event last month! I was also able to introduce another person I met at BMC to a London VC that I know, which led to them setting up a meeting. Pay-it-forward at The Family is definitely working!
Tatyana,
Founder of HealthCaters
As a solo founder (something I’m trying hard to change!), there are almost no activities I can participate in locally. So I was so happy to join BMC, it’s so refreshing and modern, pitching yourself and your ideas to a highly engaged crowd with critical thinking skills and a variety of backgrounds. I’m still in touch with multiple people, even though I didn’t originally think they’d be interested in my project. Keep it up!
Énée,
Cofounder of TCS
I signed up for "Be My Cofounder" as I became an entrepreneur this year, wanted to meet fellow entrepreneurs and maybe find the right partner. I found that the workshop was very well organised; I could meet lots of new people who inspired me and I think I inspired others too. I would recommend trying the BMC experience for yourself!
