CEO of Qonto
Alexandre is the co-founder and CEO of Qonto. After graduating from HEC and INSEAD, Alexandre started his career with Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company. In 2013, he founded Smok.io – the first connected electronic cigarette.
When he was in charge of finances in his first company, Alexandre experienced the frustrations of business banking. His banking experience was not only time-consuming and complex but also didn't include modern tools.
Shortly afterwards, he decided to establish a better solution for young businesses and founded Qonto – the business finance management solution for SMEs and freelancers.
BENEDETTA ARESE LUCINI
Tech entrepreneur
Benedetta has over 15 years of experience in the digital industry and within startups, with diverse experiences across Europe, US and South East Asia. She was one the first 100 people in Uber, and as General Manager lead the expansion in Italy and Southern Europe. She subsequently became co-founder of Oval Money, aimed at tackling another highly regulated industry and building a product that allows everyone to access financial products. She is an active angel investor and startup mentor and is now transitioning to her next venture.

Kirill, the founder and CEO of Preply, one of the most outstanding startups in Ukraine, and is on a mission to bring the efficiency of learning to a new level. Preply’s team has been growing fast in the last years and they just opened a new office in Barcelona.
IGOR CHTIVELBAND
Co-founder of Billie.io
Igor is a Berlin-based entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and VP Data of Billie.io, which is a breakthrough fintech startup that aims to upgrade the operating system of B2B payments.
In his current position, Igor tries to find the right balance between experimenting with the newest technologies and achieving business goals.
Before Billie Igor had a chance to work both in a technological giant (Intel) and ambitious young startups (SumUp, Funding Circle).
AMRITA SARKAR
Strategic Startups at AWS
Amrita Sarkar is part of the Strategic Startups team at Amazon Web Services. Prior to AWS, she was a Venture Capital investor with the Corporate VC arm of Air Liquide and served as a Board member at several startups across Europe and North America in the sectors of Energy, IoT and Healthcare. She also spearheaded the fund’s investment activity in Africa. Amrita holds a PhD in Computational Biology/Applied Mathematics from New York University and has been a Techstars mentor in their Paris and Oslo chapters. In 2018, Forbes named Amrita one of 92 women disrupting Tech in France.

Oussama is a serial entrepreneur and business angel, along with being cofounder of The Family. Passionate about entrepreneurship and startup stories, he's been accompanying founders through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship for more than 10 years now.

After joining The Family as an entrepreneur launching his own logistics startup, Balthazar is now Managing Director at The Family. He works hand-in-hand with our fellows on a daily basis, asking the tough questions and learning the details of their growing businesses. He loves both the tiny details that have outsized impacts on a business as well as the macroeconomics of our changing economy.
MARTA SOUSA MONTEIRO
Startup Biz Dev at AWS Portugal
Marta is a startup ecosystem builder & a global citizen with a results-driven and hands-on mindset. She has been working within the startup community in Portugal for the past 10 years, having passed through working at a startup, as head of community at an acceleration program, and having worked closely with the government at Startup Portugal and now at AWS helping startups grow every day.

Alice has been supporting entrepreneurs for more than a decade, first with France's first accelerator, Le Camping, and for the past 8 years as CEO of The Family.
